Art unions, raffles, bingo, lucky envelopes, Calcutta sweeps and promotional games (trade promotions or competitions) are regulated under the Charitable and Non-Profit Gaming Act 1999. Under the Act, these different games are broken into categories, some of which require a licence.

Effective 17th August 2021

The Home Helper (Promotion) is being conducted by Ray White Nerang ABN 69 733 712 094 and subject to the terms and conditions set out in this document (Terms and Conditions). The Google Nest Hub Max plus Connect SmartHome HD Video Doorbell (Prize) worth the total value of $500AUD will be given through means of random draw, where contestants are entered when contacted by phone, or enter by email entry form during the length of the Promotion.

1. Promotion period and availability:
   • the Promotion commences at 10:00am on 17th August2021 until 12:00pm on 18th October 2021 (Promotional Period).
2. The Promotion is only available:
   • during the Promotion Period;
   • those persons that contact could be made by phone;
   • those persons that are active on the NCGC Pty Ltd, Ray White Nerang database;
   • redeemed by person over the age of 18 years of age;
   • redeemed within 48 hours of being announced;
   • show proof of identity;
   • previously sold or bought a house from NCGC Pty Ltd, The Clint Hynes Property Team or Ray White Nerang.
3. Conditions of Promotion
   • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ray White Nerang reserves the right to vary, suspend, cancel or terminate the Promotion, the operation of the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions in its absolute discretion and without notice.
   • The Promotion shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the State of Queensland.
4. Prize Draw:
   • Codes will be submitted into an online random generated for a single result;
   • If not claimed a second draw will be made;
   • If both first and second draws fail to find a winner, the promotion will be cancelled with the Prize being recollected by Ray White Nerang.
