Interior House Paint to the value of $10,000
Art unions, raffles, bingo, lucky envelopes, Calcutta sweeps and promotional games (trade promotions or competitions) are regulated under the Charitable and Non-Profit Gaming Act 1999. Under the Act, these different games are broken into categories, some of which require a licence.

The Interior Paint Out Give-Away (Promotion) is being conducted by Ray White Nerang & Canungra ABN 69 733 712 094 in conjunction with SPM Painting & Decorating Services ABN 19 737 646 682 and subject to the terms and conditions set out in this document (Terms and Conditions). The Interior House Paint will be given through means of random draw, where contestants enter by having an on-site property sales or rental appraisal conducted by an agent employed by Ray White Nerang & Canungra within the promotional period. This promotion is not associated or in conjunction with Facebook or Ray White corporate.
- Promotion period and availability:
Is subject to these Terms and Conditions;
the Promotion commences at 10:00am on Tuesday 18th October 2022 until 5:00pm on Wednesday 1st February, 2023 (Promotional Period).
- The Promotion is only available:
during the Promotion Period;
redeemed by person over the age of 18 years of age;
by having an on-site property sales or rental appraisal by an agent employed by Ray White Nerang & Canungra
appraised property must be within the Gold Coast and Scenic Rim localities of Queensland
- Conditions of Promotion
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ray White Nerang & Canungra reserves the right to vary, suspend, cancel or terminate the Promotion, the operation of the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions in its absolute discretion and without notice.
The Promotion shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the State of Queensland.
- Booking of Prize:
The prize must be booked with SPM Painting and Decorating within 12 months of the draw date (Prize to be booked by no later than 1st February 2024) Failure to book within this time frame will result in the prize being canceled.
5. Prize Draw:
Entrants names will be submitted into an online random generator for a single result;
A representative of Ray White Nerang & Canungra and SPM Painting & Decorating Services If not claimed, the promotion will be cancelled with the Prize being recollected by Ray White Nerang & Canungra.
